Based in Crowborough, East Sussex, World in Need International (WIN) is a UK Registered Christian Charity looking for a new CEO, someone who has a love for the Good News of Jesus Christ and for serving children in poverty around the world. To work closely with our established partners in countries across Africa and Asia, known as our WIN Global Family. Supporting them as they reach out to those around them with the practical love of God – Practical Mission.
The majority of the work that WIN supports is with children’s education such as partner schools, but also children’s homes and community-based projects. In addition, WIN supports the deployment of a Basic Discipleship Course, assisting our partners with spreading the foundational truths of what it means to follow Jesus. The role of the CEO is to lead the organisation and our small UK Office Team. Building strong relationships with our Global Family, UK Church Partners and individual donors.
The Board of Trustees would welcome a conversation to explore how who you are and what you bring might be a good fit for WIN. For the right person the Board of Trustees are happy to consider adjusting the specifics of the organisational design to take personal giftings into account.
