These new followers of Jesus would greatly benefit from a building in one of the wettest areas in Asia!

Our desire is to see many more come to Christ in the area and gather for worship, Bible teaching and fellowship. The new building will also be used to serve the local community with basic schooling.

How can I really make a difference?

What and where is the need?

Following our success in a similar project in Thakurgaon, we now need to build a church for a community in Dinajpur, Bangladesh

Why is this a pressing need now?

There are many new believers in this area. They don't have a suitable place to meet for church services. Also the community is struggling for education as they are very poor. We will bring the community children to our informal school for one year. After that we will help to transition them to the nearest formal school.

Why are WIN best placed to tackle this need?

We have been working in this local area from last year, with a Pastor engaged with the community there.

What will be the benefits of your work?

Believers can meet for church services and community families and children can get support.

What is the impact if we don’t do this now?

The new church building will provide a place for new believers to meet together to provide support for each other, without this they may be dispersed and will not impact families in their community for good.

Why should people care about this?

There is a desperate need in these days to reach the unreached people of Bangladesh and to help families.

How do you ensure success and accountability?

This is through WIN Bangladesh so part of our Global Family. We have close communication and supervision from our head office Dhaka, Bangladesh and also in the UK. The UK office carries out regular reporting, project oversight and auditing.
