Tim is the Chief Executive of World in Need, bringing years of ministry and business experience to the role. As a full-time worship leader in his 20s, he was dramatically called to international mission, traveling across Africa and South America. He later worked in business, specializing in web development, strategy, and platform building with charities, startups, and global corporations.
Tim has a passion for justice, mercy, evangelism, and supporting children. He lives in the Dales and enjoys playing guitar, songwriting, and exploring the outdoors.
